University of Gondar has been honored with the Exceptional Performance Award

The Center for Digital Health and Implementation Science (CDHi) at the University of Gondar
has been honored with the Exceptional Performance Award by the Ministry of Health of
Ethiopia. This prestigious award was presented by Dr. Dereje Duguma, State Minister of the
Ministry of Health, in recognition of the CDHi team’s significant contributions to advancing
digital health in Ethiopia.
This recognition underscores CDHi’s dedication and outstanding contributions to Ethiopia’s
vision of an information revolution.
“We are grateful for this recognition and inspired to continue our efforts,” stated Prof. Binyam
Tilahun, the center’s director, upon receiving the award. He also expressed heartfelt appreciation
